We ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.

All orders are packed and shipped with care from our headquarters in Kraków, Poland. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is dispatched. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated.

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as smooth as possible. You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

We believe that creating fashion responsibly is entirely possible. Our mission is to reduce our carbon footprint, and to make a tangible impact, we’ve teamed up with the Eden Reforestation Projects. This collaboration helps protect wildlife, restore coastlines, and provide fair wages to local communities. To further show our commitment, we plant a tree or clean up plastic waste with every scarf purchased. We’re firm believers in leading by example and being the change we wish to see in the world.

We offer free shipping within Poland and the EU 

For orders outside the EU, free shipping applies on purchases over €250. There is a flat rate of €15 for all international orders less than €250 outisde of the EU

Import duties or taxes may apply for international orders, and these are the buyer’s responsibility. All prices include VAT where applicable.
