Where We Ship
We ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as select international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped with care from our headquarters in Kraków, Poland. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is dispatched. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order. We also offer free domestic shipping on orders over 100 euros. Free worldwide shipping on orders over 250 euros
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipping outside of the European Union, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
