Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Life & Death Silks®, we believe that shopping should always feel fun, not stressful. Whether you’ve made a mistake, changed your mind, or simply want to swap an item for a different size or color, no worries! We’re here to help. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as smooth as possible.


How to Return or Exchange an Item


We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, don’t stress! You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return or request an exchange.


To be eligible for a return or exchange:


  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags still attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (this could be your order number or email confirmation).

How to Return an Item:


  1. Email us at hello@lifeanddeathsilks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know the reason for your return and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.

  2. We’ll reply with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Exchange an Item:


If you need a different size, color, or design, we’re happy to exchange your item. Just follow the same steps above and let us know what you’d like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.



Faulty or Damaged Items


If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’re truly sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll resolve it quickly—either by sending you a replacement or processing a full refund, including any shipping fees. You’ll never be left hanging.
